  Yok Thong is a uterine and ovarian massage. It is the counterpart of the male version of testicular massage. Yok Thong is a massage that works on the uterus and ovaries, and is expected to have a good effect on women's problems such as frequent urination and cystitis. It balances female hormones and has an anti-aging effect. It is also effective in infertility treatment and menopausal disorders. Veteran instructor Archarn Nung is the main instructor with over 30 years of experience. NBS Chiang Mai lessons are basically one-on-one, so it is possible to learn in a shorter period of time than usual.
