  You can learn testicular massage (Japkasai). What is Japkasai? This is a massage that directly massages the testicles to improve reproductive function and stimulate the internal organs. The treatment that is effective on the reproductive organs is called Karsai Nei Tsang, and Japkasai is its male version. Many people mistakenly believe that this massage does not touch the penis at all. It is not a prostitution-related treatment.
